I was once told that if you don’t know exactly what to do but you do know which direction to go, start walking in that direction.

In my last post I said that I was not going to look at all the glitz and bling of hot new marketing promotions. I felt that I knew enough of the basics and needed to begin applying them to the sites I have already started. My current focus is my Outdoor Garden Statues Blog. Being Spring here in Florida, if I can’t promote statues now, either the economy has totally crashed or I wasn’t cut out for this and had better find a new job. Seriously, it’s time to put up or shut up. My family has watched me put hours into learning my way around affiliate marketing and unless they see some money come in, they want Mom back.

Now, if you remember, I said there are a couple of people that I have been following. One of them is the PotPieGirl. Not only has Jennifer been straight up on everything I have seen her post, but other people I respect have mentioned her as well. Thus when she offered a 4 day sale where she cut the price on her OneWeekMarketing package, I jumped on it. This program is perfect for people like me who have learned how to post articles, make lenses, create a blog, etc but need to integrate it all into a working system. I have seen more success in traffic to my Squidoo lenses since starting this program than I have over the last year. It really is helping me. I will let you know if it results in sales but with enough traffic, I doubt that will be a problem.
